About Us
Founded by resilience expert Saeed Olayiwola, SO Health began with a mission to transform lives. Saeed’s journey started with a bicycle and a rucksack of equipment, delivering personalised coaching to help individuals unlock their full potential across Liverpool.
In 2012, we opened our first facility in Woolton, marking a milestone in our commitment to community wellbeing.
By 2019, we expanded into the heart of Liverpool’s Business District. Our luxury city-centre location is now a premier hub for high-performing leaders striving for excellence in their personal and professional lives.
Organisational Pulse Checks
Are you serious about elevating your team’s wellbeing and unlocking peak productivity?
Real progress starts with a clear picture. Take the first step by running a tailored workplace health pulse check in a free 30-minute consultation.
Together, we’ll evaluate your current work environment, uncover hidden stressors, allowing you to walk away with clear, practical steps to build a healthier, higher-performing workforce.

Private Health Club
Located just steps from the Business District, our private Liverpool City Centre facility offers a sophisticated alternative to the crowded commercial gym.
Enjoy full access to high-end equipment and dedicated fitness and yoga suites. Because we prioritise privacy, you’ll never have to wait for a machine or navigate a crowd, just a seamless environment tailored to your goals.
We are a community-driven hub built on movement, mindfulness, and expert coaching. This isn’t just where you train; it’s where you connect.
